As many as 78 per cent of SMBs in India using AI have reported revenue growth, according to a report. These businesses are primarily using AI for chatbots, marketing optimization, and content creation. Despite the benefits, concerns remain about keeping up with the technology and trusting vendors. According to the report, 93 per cent of Indian SMBs surveyed said AI has helped increase revenues.
