ChatGPT developer OpenAI is developing a new kind of reasoning AI model with the project name “Strawberry” that can be used for research. The model is able to generate answers based on instructions and is also able to plan ahead by navigating the internet independently and reliably, performing what OpenAI calls “deep research.” Strawberry was apparently earlier known by the name “Q.”
