The suite includes EvidenceBook for tamper-evident signed transaction histories, Terms Packs that evaluate recorded behavior against rules, and Countersign, an independent verification service. Founder and CEO Steven Mih, formerly of Ahana Cloud, said the focus is outside a firm’s own walls rather than internal observability. Each party keeps its own signed history of requests, payments, and deliveries; comparing selected records can show agreement or gaps without a central data holder. Agent Action Capsules provide an open, signed-record format with cryptographic checkpoints and a free public witness for timing.
