A new artificial intelligence tool called "AI Mode" by Alibaba.com, the global business-to-business (B2B) marketplace of Alibaba Group Holding. This feature is designed to significantly enhance the efficiency of cross-border trade for the platform's more than 200,000 merchants. According to President Zhang Kuo, the AI Mode integrates with the online search engine to offer tailored product results and recommendations based on natural language queries.
