Apple is getting ready to introduce the latest iteration of the AirTag. Although the company has not yet confirmed the release of an updated tracking gadget, a recent report indicates that the new AirTag will have a wireless chipset and a new design, among other improvements. Since its April 2021 debut, the current iteration of AirTag has not received any hardware updates.
