Chinese scientists have achieved a breakthrough in AI with a robot powered by a lab-grown artificial brain. Using human stem cells, they created a brain-on-chip structure enabling the robot to perform tasks like obstacle avoidance and object grasping. Tianjin University researchers describe it as the world's first open-source brain-on-chip system, potentially advancing brain-like computing and human-robot hybrid intelligence.
