Dell study shows 70% of Indian firms prioritise AI | Justo Global

Dell Technologies has released India's findings from its Modern Enterprise Readiness Study 2026. The survey covered 2,950 business and IT decision-makers across 35 countries, including 150 respondents from India. Around 70% of Indian organizations now treat artificial intelligence as a strategic priority. The share of Indian organizations with AI or generative AI solutions in production has grown by a third in twelve months, reaching 26% from 20% a year earlier. Security and compliance concerns have slowed or paused AI adoption in 61% of Indian organizations. In addition, 67% say their current data center environments are not ready for production-scale AI workloads. Nearly nine in ten Indian organizations are redirecting spending toward partners that can move AI and modernization from pilots to production and deliver measurable outcomes. Across the wider Asia-Pacific region, nearly three in four organizations now demand proven business results.
