GoDaddy's president of US Independents, Gourav Pani, stated that AI tools are accessible and that Filipino entrepreneurs can use them to improve their businesses. Generative AI applications, such as OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Bard, can help small businesses create effective marketing emails, websites, and social media posts to strengthen their brands. They can also develop professional scripts for employees to refer to when serving customers. Pani argued that generative AI has leveled the playing field for smaller businesses by democratizing access to consumer insights, which are crucial in developing products and services more suitable to customers.
