Following a six-month inquiry revealing TikTok as a “slow poison,” Delaporte stated, “TikTok has deliberately endangered the health and lives of its users.” The parliamentary committee's report recommends banning social media for children under 15 and imposing a digital curfew for those aged 15-18. The decision now lies with the Paris public prosecutor.
