Of Rs 5 crore for a Strategic Investment Plan (SIP), only Rs 0.66 crore was used, and none of the Rs 47.06 crore under RAMP was utilized as of June 30, 2024. SIP preparation continues, but concerns grow over Gujarat's capacity to leverage these initiatives effectively.
