The Hong Kong Generative AI Research and Development Centre (HKGAI) is set to launch "ClawNet," the first open-source human-AI agent collaboration network. This initiative, supported by the HKUST under the InnoHK programme, aims to govern AI agents using distinct "social identities" for task execution. According to researcher Zhang Yonggang, the network will allow agents to collaborate within strict operational limits, addressing concerns raised by regulators over existing open-source tools like OpenClaw.
