Small businesses adapted by tapping into savings, adjusting prices, and reducing production amid high inflation. Over the last six months, 48% raised prices, resulting in increased repeat business, sales, and new clients. Digital transformation is a priority, with over half enhancing their online presence. The survey, conducted in mid-September, polled 1,000 small business owners, revealing their financial well-being and responses to economic challenges. Melio aims to support SMBs through digitization, workflow automation, and flexible insights.
