Microsoft is preparing to launch a single super app that unites its Copilot AI experiences. CEO Satya Nadella said on the company's earnings call that Copilot is evolving from chat to Cowork to autopilots, and that this quarter the firm is bringing those experiences together, including Code, into one super app spanning both consumer and commercial use. He called it a major step forward and said more details would follow soon. Earlier reporting indicated the app would combine coding assistance, chat, coworking tools and autonomous agents, allowing users to switch between personal and enterprise modes. The goal is described internally as "Delivering one Copilot." Nadella also noted that conversations per user nearly doubled year over year, average weekly engagement is now on par with Outlook and Teams, and the time from deployment to high usage has fallen from months to days. User satisfaction scores have doubled over the past three quarters.
