India's non-bank lenders are forming the Priority Sector Lenders Association of India (PSLAI) to address MSME credit shortfalls, backed by iSPIRT. Key strategies include cash flow-based lending, leveraging digital infrastructure like OCEN, and policy advocacy. With a ₹103 trillion MSME credit gap, PSLAI aims to double MSME credit to ₹130 trillion in 3-5 years, supported by banks and SIDBI.
