According to the firms, the network can operate 5G and AI workloads simultaneously, a process known as an artificial intelligence radio access network. Robotic control and remote assistance for autonomous vehicles are two uses for the network. Jensen Huang, Nvidia's founder and CEO, added that SoftBank was the first to acquire the company's new Blackwell chip designs. SoftBank is integrating these into the AI supercomputer it is building to produce its own generative AI model.
