Oracle has introduced a set of Fusion Agentic Applications and AI agents for HR inside Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management. The tools are designed to help organisations speed workforce development, strengthen internal mobility and respond earlier to skills gaps. Thirteen specialised agents work as coordinated teams that can access unified enterprise data, workflows, policies and approvals. In work architecture, a Job Architect Agent speeds role design, an Intelligent Talent Profiles Agent keeps profiles current by inferring skills from connected systems, and a Role Guide Generation Agent automates documentation. Learning agents handle autonomous content authoring, agentic courses and natural-language assignment of skills and learning. Manager tools include a Coaching Workspace and a Learning Representative Agent. Employee-side agents such as Grow Coach and an Enterprise Tutor guide development plans and content recommendations.
