The program connects these innovators with Oracle’s distributed cloud, sovereign cloud, and edge infrastructure to accelerate the transition from prototype to mission-ready capabilities for the US and allied nations. Partners include Defence Holdings and Shield Reply to provide acceleration, enablement, and deployment support. Notable deployments already include Whitespace’s Saga operational learning system on Oracle Roving Edge Devices for the Royal Navy.
