Oumi has launched an end-to-end platform that automates the building, evaluation, training, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI agents. The system is powered by FAiE, the company’s Frontier AI Engineer. Enterprises can describe what they want an agent to do and let FAiE handle objectives, tools, environments, evaluations, data curation, and training experiments. A Bring Your Own The harness feature lets teams keep existing orchestration, tools, and memory while connecting to Oumi for evaluation and model training. New capabilities include direct preference optimization and reinforcement learning through GRPO in private preview. Production failures are turned into evaluation sets and training data so the models behind agents improve over time. Co-founder and CEO Manos Koukoumidis said the best agents will succeed by training the weights of the models that power them rather than relying only on better prompts or larger generic models.
