Salesforce announced that usage of its Agentforce Coworker has grown 21 times in three months, with more than 185,000 users now putting the AI teammate to work. The company is expanding the tool with new capabilities across Microsoft Teams and mobile and desktop apps. Employees can now hand off multi-step jobs such as investigating at-risk renewals. Coworkers plan the steps, coordinate specialized Agentforce agents and workflows, and return results for review. It draws on existing Salesforce records, metadata, and Data 360 connections while respecting current permissions and governance. New features include reusable skills, conversation history, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 links, and a simple $50 per-user monthly price. Scheduled tasks and a daily digest arrive in December. Customers such as The Adecco Group are expanding adoption across dozens of countries. Salesforce says the goal is one practical coworker rather than a growing list of separate agents.
