Salesforce and Anthropic have announced Claudeforce, an expanded partnership that links Claude’s reasoning with Salesforce data, workflows, and governance. The first product is Salesforce in Claude, a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills. Sellers can prepare for meetings, review deal health, update pipelines, and take governed actions without leaving Claude. Actions still follow the company’s existing Salesforce business rules and permissions. An admin connects the systems once, then every seller gains access. Claude is also available inside Salesforce as the reasoning model for Agentforce tools and can run within the Salesforce Trust Boundary via Amazon Bedrock. Slack will use Claude as its default model for productivity features. Salesforce in Claude is in pilot now and expected to reach open beta in September 2026.
