AWS and Salesforce announced new integrations on September 15 that put Salesforce CRM data and context inside Amazon Quick, bring AWS frontier agents into Slack, and expand model choice for Agentforce through Amazon Bedrock. Teams can pull live pipeline health, account summaries, and service cases straight into Quick without custom work. AWS DevOps Agent is available in Slack now, with Security, FinOps, and Partner Central agents planned for fall. Agentforce users gain access to Bedrock models from Anthropic and NVIDIA, with OpenAI models arriving soon. Zero-copy data access now reaches AWS Glue Iceberg tables, S3 Iceberg tables, Aurora, RDS, and SageMaker Lakehouse. Agentforce Voice and Amazon Connect Customer will support real-time bidirectional audio via Agent2Agent over WebSockets starting in fall 2026.
