The platform combines third-party models with SAP’s own foundation and domain models pre-trained on its code, data, and processes. Data is unified via SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Reltio is now generally available for a single trusted view of customers, suppliers, and products. Ready-to-use Joule Agents from the SAP Autonomous Suite handle tasks across business functions, while Joule Work orchestrates them at scale. Joule Studio, soon generally available, lets users build or customize agents in natural language or pro-code and is said to be more than five times faster than do-it-yourself options. Early adopters report sharp cuts in manual effort.
