Larger firms ($50 million to $1 billion) face different challenges, with the primary barrier being a lack of strategy (37%), followed by integration complexity and a talent shortage (32%). For those internally developing technologies, budget constraints are the primary obstacle (48%), while those relying on external sources cite talent shortages and integration complexity as their main challenges (49%).
