Tech Mahindra and Infinite Uptime have partnered to accelerate the adoption of physical AI across manufacturing and process industries. The collaboration combines Infinite Uptime’s PlantOS platform, an Industrial Outcome Intelligence engine that delivers physics- and vertical-aware prescriptive recommendations, with Tech Mahindra’s end-to-end IT-OT transformation capabilities. The aim is to move manufacturers beyond detecting potential equipment or production problems toward embedding prescribed actions into operating workflows and validating the impact on plant performance. Tech Mahindra will apply its SIIM approach—Simulate, Integrate, Implement, and Maintain—to deploy the technology in existing production and operational technology environments. The partnership targets asset-intensive sectors, including steel, cement, chemicals, metals and mining, and pulp and paper. Initial focus is on larger programs in North America and Europe.
