A recent report reveals an engineer who joined Anthropic in late 2024 received 60,000 stock options at a strike price of $13; now valued at approximately $4 to $5 million following a share sale pegging the company at $350 billion. Senior staff are also seeing significant gains, with one employee holding $9 million after two years.
