Despite the growing emphasis on using AI in the workplace, a U.K.- and U.S.-based Workbooks survey reveals that human support remains the preferred choice for businesses implementing CRM solutions. Human support received an average rating of 8.4 out of 10, while access to an AI-powered support bot was rated the least important, with an average score of only 4.3 out of 10.
