Truecaller has introduced Family Protection, a feature that allows real-time fraud alerts and the ability to terminate suspicious calls for up to five family members. “As scams become more sophisticated... protection needs to move beyond the individual,” said CEO Rishit Jhunjhunwala. The feature ensures individual privacy while providing shared security and is designed particularly for households with elder members. Family Protection is free for users on both Android and iOS platforms.
