The figure is up from 53% one year earlier, representing 36% year-on-year growth. The report, titled Unlocking the UAE’s AI Potential 2026 and developed by Strand Partners, positions the UAE among the fastest-growing AI markets globally. Businesses across key sectors are expanding their use of AI and cloud technologies. Among AI adopters, 85% reported a faster pace of digital transformation, with expectations that the momentum will continue. Cloud computing underpins the shift. AWS is investing up to AED 20.1 billion in the AWS Middle East (UAE) Region through 2037, with an estimated contribution of AED 41 billion to national GDP. AWS and e& enterprise also launched the AWS UAE Sovereign Launchpad, endorsed by the UAE Cybersecurity Council, to support data control and compliance.
