Adamas University has partnered with Salesforce to open West Bengal’s first Salesforce Academia Centre of Excellence. The centre will train students in artificial intelligence, customer relationship management, data analytics and enterprise automation. It integrates Salesforce tools including Agentforce, the Agentforce 360 Platform, Tableau and Data 360 into the curriculum. Students will gain hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, enterprise workflows and analytics solutions. The programme follows Salesforce’s Academia framework and offers professional electives, value-added courses, micro-credentials, hackathons, live projects and industry mentoring. Faculty will join Salesforce’s Faculty Development and Train-the-Trainer programmes. Arundhati Bhattacharya, President and CEO of Salesforce South Asia, said the collaboration aims to create problem-solvers who apply AI and data to real business challenges.
