Adani Enterprises Limited has entered the realm of artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, and blockchain technology through a collaboration with Sirius International Holding, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC). The joint venture, Sirius Digitech International Limited, based in Abu Dhabi, is 51% owned by Sirius and 49% by Adani. This partnership aims to leverage AI, IoT, and blockchain across industries, focusing on India's digitalization opportunity, projected to reach a $1 trillion market by 2030. The JV's concentration spans infrastructure, FinTech, HealthTech, and GreenTech. By combining Sirius's global digital transformation expertise with Adani's strategic insights, the JV seeks to deploy advanced technologies, optimizing industries and fostering growth. It plans to utilize Adani Group's industrial testbed to validate and scale AI and blockchain products for industrial applications.
