An Indian state launches the first AI incubator to train Tamil youths.

Tamil Nadu's Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) T M Anbarasan, has launched India's first government-accredited Artificial Intelligence (AI) venture factory, an AI startup-focused Technology Business Incubator (TBI) to train youths from Tamil Nadu on AI. The TBI, which invests 15 million dollars, aims to protect the information of States, centres and private sectors through the growing AI sector. The TN government has provided Rs 19.84 crore for the development of the TBI, with an average of 4,000 to 5,000 youth being trained annually. The youth and students trained in the TBI can get employment or start their ventures. 31 entrepreneurship hubs have been established for students in 1,545 colleges in Tamil Nadu. HaiVE CEO, Deepika Loganathan, is partnering with StartupTN and the state government to create India's first government-accredited AI incubator for startups.
