Apple has released the first developer betas of iOS 27.3 and watchOS 27.3, putting new Audio Intelligence features and a redesigned Health app into testing. The AI listening tools work on the Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4. Siri Recap turns key conversation topics into bullet points. Live Rewind shows a text transcript of the previous 15 seconds of audio. Both features process audio on the device. Apple says raw audio is not recorded or stored. The tools start in English only. Full public rollout is planned for December. The update also includes a redesigned health app with an Insights tab for heart rate and fitness metrics, a Longevity tab covering multiple health areas, and a Health Age feature that estimates biological age from health data. Some Apple Intelligence capabilities are now available in China under a content filter arrangement.
