San Francisco and London based startup Avoice launched AI agents designed to run the operational side of architecture studios. The platform includes three main products. Avoice Delivery handles project delivery tasks like specification writing and drawing reviews. Avoice Projects manages to do lists, schedules and team coordination with automatic updates when changes occur. Avoice Practice covers business operations including finances, invoicing and reporting. The tools connect everything in one place so changes in specs automatically adjust schedules, drawings and budgets without manual work. Co founder Chawin Asavasaetakul noted that while much AI focus in architecture is on image generation, this targets the admin workload that eats up time. It aims to replace disconnected tools like spreadsheets and separate software with a single AI powered system that keeps architects in control of design. The startup is backed by Y Combinator.
