Axis Bank is a major private sector bank in India, collaborated with India SME Forum to host the 10th edition of the India SME 100 Awards, recognizing outstanding Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for their notable contributions to the industry. The event, attended by notable dignitaries including Axis Bank's MD&CEO Amitabh Chaudhry, acknowledged 54 medium, 36 small, and 10 micro enterprises from various sectors like automobile components, engineering, food processing, and textiles. Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, New Delhi, and Gujarat received 15 MSMEs awards, out of 32,000 nominations. The winners were chosen based on growth, financial strength, innovation, people capital, international outlook, and corporate excellence. Axis Bank's commitment to fostering MSMEs' success is emphasized, celebrating their entrepreneurial spirit and contribution to India's economic vibrancy.
