The holding company for b1Bank announced that it will add a U.S. SBA loan servicer as a subsidiary. Baton Rouge-based B1BANk will bring Waterstone LSP, LLC, under its umbrella. They announced the move in a news release on Wednesday, Jan. 31. Waterstone provides SBA lending services to community banks and small businesses. “We have worked closely, for a number of years, with Waterstone and have been impressed with their deep understanding of both small businesses and the community banks that serve them,” said b1Bank president and CEO, Jude Melville.
