The BRICS CCI WE Global Women Leadership Programme aims to empower women professionals and entrepreneurs from BRICS nations and other friendly countries. This three-month hybrid program includes mentorship and learning modules to enhance women's leadership skills, facilitate global connections, and gain insights from professionals and global leaders. Approximately 25 women with a minimum of two years of professional or entrepreneurial experience from BRICS and friendly nations will participate in weekly sessions, starting in December 2023. The program features mentors like Kalpana Sharma, Dr. Aisha Bin Bishr, Nicole Nguyen, Jenny Chen, Noopur Jhunjhunwala, Nidhi Goyal, and more. Participants will receive certification from BRICS CCI upon successful completion, with an introductory fee of $120. This initiative aligns with the commitment to advancing women's leadership in the global business landscape, addressing the need for increased women entrepreneurship.
