CHRIST University has partnered with Salesforce to set up a Salesforce AI Innovation Lab and Academia Centre of Excellence. The deal was announced on September 24. Students will get hands-on practice building agentic AI solutions and enterprise workflows using Salesforce tools such as Agentforce and Data 360. They will also access Trailhead for structured learning paths, role-based training and industry credentials. Faculty will work with the same platforms. University Vice Chancellor Dr Fr Jose C C said the partnership supports the institution’s AI Vision 2030 and aims to embed enterprise technology into teaching, research and innovation. Salesforce India Managing Director Mankiran Chowhan said the collaboration will help prepare students to apply AI responsibly at scale. The move is part of the university’s broader push to become a recognised hub for AI education and enterprise skills.
