DXC Technology and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are expanding their partnership to expedite customers' transition to modern, cloud-centric IT. The collaboration targets nearly 1,000 of DXC's major IT Outsourcing customers, facilitating the migration of their workloads to AWS. Customers stand to gain increased reliability, security, innovation, and cost-efficiency. DXC has chosen AWS as its preferred cloud provider to enhance innovation and efficiencies across its organization. As part of the partnership, DXC and AWS will focus on accelerated cloud migration, workforce transformation, and asset transformation. The companies will jointly train and certify 15,000 DXC professionals in cloud skills over the next five years. AWS and DXC will assist customers in transitioning to AWS-provided cloud technology, reducing operating costs and accelerating cloud adoption, while also divesting some data centers.
