Fin has made its Operator AI agent generally available. The tool sits behind the main Fin customer agent and constantly reviews conversations, data, and performance. It spots why results changed and proposes fixes such as updated help content, workflows, procedures, or Fin settings. Humans still approve every change before it goes live. Three months after launch, some customers have already made more than 20,000 improvements. That includes over 10,000 setting changes, more than 4,300 help content edits, and over 3,500 workflow updates. Operator now drives 76 percent of testing activity and 50 percent of updates that teams used to handle manually in the Fin interface. Customers say this frees employee time that once went into constant AI maintenance. One user called it a second brain watching the whole system. The move also strengthens Fin’s position as Salesforce prepares to fold its capabilities into Agentforce.
