G20 EMPOWER has partnered with the Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) to launch WEPmentor, a digital initiative to enhance global mentorship for women entrepreneurs. G20 EMPOWER, consisting of government and private sector representatives, focuses on advancing women's leadership and empowerment in the private sector. Initiated by NITI Aayog, WEP creates an ecosystem for Indian women entrepreneurs. WEPmentor, supported by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, offers scalable mentorship programs for women entrepreneurs. It includes personalized sessions, workshops, and P2P initiatives. It collaborates with institutions and associations to provide comprehensive resources. WEPmentor uses AI and ML to match mentors with mentees. Their portal includes an educational library and community forum. 74% of women entrepreneurs actively seek mentorship support, which boosts their business growth.
