Eligible MSMEs are selected transparently, with pre-qualifications including UDYAM registration, a minimum three-year operation period as of March 31, 2023, and engagement in manufacturing or services. Selected units will receive incentives such as capital investment subsidies of up to ₹ 2 crore, working capital loan subvention of up to 50% of the interest rate (capped at ₹ 1 crore), and financial aid for scale-up project preparation. Additionally, support in marketing and exports will be provided.
