Grene Robotics, a Hyderabad-based company, has unveiled Indrajaal, an AI-powered autonomous anti-drone system. It is a wide-area Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) capable of safeguarding large areas, including cities, against various drone threats, including swarms. Indrajaal offers real-time detection, identification, tracking, and neutralization of drones, covering a 4,000 square kilometer area. It addresses the growing threat of hostile UAV activity in India and has applications in defense, infrastructure protection, and the private sector. The system's cost is comparable to protecting critical assets, and it can distinguish between friendly and hostile drones, making it a valuable tool in managing drone proliferation.
