Huawei has unveiled new artificial intelligence infrastructure, cloud services and partner tools at Huawei Connect 2026 in Shanghai. The package is aimed at helping governments and enterprises move AI from experimentation to practical deployment. Huawei Cloud launched its latest AI Cluster Service, or AICS, which the company says delivers 20% higher token throughput than its previous generation. AICS is scheduled for commercial availability outside China from 30 November. The company also introduced its Agentic Model as a Service platform, the AgentArts enterprise agent platform and Industry AI Foundry. AgentArts already serves more than 100 enterprises and is due outside China from 30 December. Industry AI Foundry holds more than 1,000 industry-specific assets and more than 1,000 deployed projects across healthcare, manufacturing, finance and other sectors.
