IBM has unveiled MCP Gateway, an open-source FastAPI-based component designed to simplify the integration of generative AI tools and services. The component supports a wide range of transports and enables users to unify multiple MCP servers into one endpoint. Armand Ruiz, VP of AI platform at IBM, lauded the project as a significant advancement for sophisticated GenAI application deployment.
