ITC Infotech has partnered with Google Cloud to accelerate agentic AI transformation. The Bangalore-based technology services firm will become "customer zero" for Google's Gemini Enterprise platform. It will deploy the system across its own operations first, then share proven methods and blueprints with global clients. The internal rollout covers three main areas: faster software engineering including legacy code migration, multi-agent systems that handle complex corporate tasks, and automation of HR, finance, legal and IT work such as drafting RFPs and auditing invoices. ITC Infotech and Google Cloud will also set up Joint Centers of Excellence. These hubs will build industry-specific AI frameworks for consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality and manufacturing. CEO Manas Chakraborty said the full deployment anchors an agentic-first strategy and creates proprietary expertise.
