The company improperly restricted a minor's access to their data and used tracking cookies without consent. Felix Mikolasch, a lawyer at noyb, stated, “It is almost impossible for schools to inform students about data handling.” DSB mandates the removal of personal data and calls for transparency in data usage practices, impacting other commercial users.
