The government's Special Campaign for Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM) has made significant progress, achieving 50% of its target. The MSME ministry reviewed 2,450 physical files and cleared 635 records, with 59 e-files also closed. Additionally, 270 cleanliness campaigns were conducted, generating revenue of Rs 10.01 lakh from scrap disposal. The National Institute of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the ministry has started collecting fallen tree leaves to create compost manure for campus plant habitat. The ministry conducted a Special Campaign 2.0 last year, reviewing 73,885 physical files and removing 32,000, and closed 512 e-files. The ministry cleared 54 public grievances, 110 state references, 34 MPs references, and 6 from the Prime Minister's Office, earning Rs 6.91 lakhs. It aimed to resolve pending issues in government offices, enhance internal monitoring, train officers in record management, and digitize physical records for improved record management.
