NFIB Member Urges Congress to Make the 20% Small Business Deduction Permanent

In the recent editions of The Advocate and The Times-Picayune, Chris Rhodes, a member of the NFIB from Shreveports, argues that by making the 20% Small Business Deduction permanent, Congress may prevent "the coming destruction of Main Street." The deduction will sunset in 2025 unless Congress takes action. Rhodes, who owns Crockett Street Trading Co. in Shreveport, writes: 'I can't believe that no one is talking about the coming destruction of Main Street'.
