OpenAI and Google Cloud are partnering to bring OpenAI’s frontier models and Codex agentic workflows into Google Cloud’s Model Garden. Google Cloud customers will be able to purchase the models via the Marketplace and apply existing Google Cloud spend commitments. Models named in the rollout include GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6.1 Sol and GPT-6 Luna, with private preview for select enterprise customers and general availability planned in the coming weeks. OpenAI models are also expected to become available in Google Antigravity and the Gemini Agent for greater model choice. The integration pairs the models with Google Cloud access controls, data governance, and infrastructure aimed at regulated and demanding workloads. Microsoft remains OpenAI’s primary cloud partner. Google Cloud has said it is the only hyperscale provider offering all three leading closed-source LLMs on a unified enterprise platform, alongside more than 200 other models.
