Oracle NetSuite has introduced a set of new artificial intelligence tools for its cloud ERP platform. The release includes AI Workspaces, AI Portlets, more than 45 SuiteSkills, industry-specific SuiteAgents and SuiteAgent Studio, plus expanded capabilities for Ask Oracle. SuiteSkills combines financial and operational data with process knowledge to help users investigate issues such as financial close delays, revenue leakage, and inventory exceptions. AI Workspaces coordinate people, agents, information, and approvals for complex processes, including an Autonomous Close workspace aimed at continuous issue resolution. Industry agents target software, products, healthcare, construction, and nonprofit needs. SuiteAgent Studio lets customers build and govern their own agents. Ask Oracle now supports broader data sources and actions through new connectors. Customers can use NetSuite’s AI or connect external models via the AI Connector Service.
